2. Services Offered

DiamondFUpoamLou offers luxury vehicle washing, detailing, ceramic treatment, and related services. All services are performed by appointment only and subject to availability.

3. Booking and Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or contact form.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a CHF 50 cancellation fee.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their slot.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due in full at the time of service. Accepted methods include credit card, mobile payment, or pre-approved billing. Prices are listed in CHF and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We take the utmost care with every vehicle. However, DiamondFUpoamLou is not liable for:

• Pre-existing scratches, dents, or imperfections
• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our service
• Damage resulting from customer-provided instructions or materials

6. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline service to any vehicle deemed unsafe, heavily damaged, or incompatible with our detailing procedures. Exotic or vintage vehicles may require a signed waiver.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, visuals, branding, and text are the property of DiamondFUpoamLou and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms
